An order getter is a sales person whose primary responsibilities are identifying potential customers and engaging in those customers in in discussions to attempt to make a sale.

DEITZ COMMENT: This is not an appropriate example. Most people would not consider a bartender to be a salesperson. And even if you wanted to make that argument, a bartender would clearly be an "order taker" and not an "order getter."
